I know this is a simple pattern...and mostly all from the same designer {Anna Maria Horner}...but when I see this quilt in person, I just feel good.
Color does that for me.
And these blues are amazing.
Just look at that deep pink that almost reads red. {I love those 'fans'}. There is not much about this quilt that I don't like.
It lives with my mom, so I can visit.
Yes, I know what you mean. It's really a stunning quilt. The colours are just fabulous.

ReplyDeletei "heart" a.mary's quilt too!! i have a pack of these fat quarters but not enough to make a quilt-and i love the colors in this quilt better than the ones i have. love the pattern you chose for the back as well!!i just saw a recipe for pimento cheese and it got me to thinking about making some!! lilly is a little more adventurous than her older sis. so we will have to give g-mas recipe a try-thanks for posting it!!
