WIP

Our really fun flickr bee, A Quilting Journey Round Robin Bee, has sent me a darling 'neighborhood'. I thought it needed some nature, so here is my contribution for Cindy N. It is applique and mostly Anna Maria Horner fabric, though the tree top is from Amy Schimler's Animal Party, the tree trunk is Laura Gunn's Lantern Bloom and the top grass line is Heather Bailey's Hop Dot. Now I just need to finish the outline stitching...It is gonna be hard to send this one away!!!!

Sew Bee It block for KT

I wasn't going to do these last night, but I finished my Quilting Journey Round Robin Bee block (which I will blog about soon) and I was having so much fun sewing. I thought I would just start, but once I did, I couldn't stop. Since they were for August, it is a good thing I did!! :)

Hexagon Quilt Along

Yup. I'm back! And I love how this quilt top turned out. I followed Julie's initial directions over at her Hexagon Quilt Along. Ashley picked out the fabric. Wish you could see it in person. The fabrics are really gorgeous! It is not quite big enough, so I am going to trim those two sides so they are straight and add a border.
