Hanging Quilt for Elizabeth

Elizabeth from the BKBU bee asked for hanging quilts or folded quilts. Here is the sneaky peek I gave her earlier. (See the cute little bird??) She sent the Kona snow fabric and asked for a spring feel to the blook.

I love when the trees are just starting to bud in the spring. That inspired my pieced tree. The little quilt gave me fits, but I was having some problems with my machine, which I sorted out (thank goodness!!). My favorite part is the little blue bird in the tree. Everyone needs a blue bird in their tree in the spring!

    I was scratching my head earlier when you showed us the sneak peek. I just couldn't make head not tail ;)... Of course now it makes perfect sense and it's a lovely block. Your bee friend will love it.
